All satellite offices continue to serve the citizens of Tsukuba and no changes are made as of May 2010. However, it is possible that number of satellite office users may decrease due to opening of the new city hall. Therefore, the city will keep close tabs on the demand and the number of users and may merge and/or close down the satellite office(s) in the future if necessary.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, New Year Holiday (December 29th to January 3rd)
Main duties includes:
1．Issuing of certificates for residence registry related documents
2．Issuing of certificates for family registry related documents
3．Register personal seal/stamp (hanko/inkan), Issue certificate for registered seal/stamp
Note
Certificates for residence registry related documents as well as certificates for family registry relates documents are only issued for residence who are registered to Tsukuba city at subbranches of the city hall
