The Tsukuba Childraising Support Center "Kosodate Sougou Shien Center" opened on April 1, 2011.
Below are the services available:
Plaza for Children and Parents (9:00-16:00)
At this plaza, children can play freely and safely. Parents can also meet and exchange information with other parents.
Consultation on Childrearing and Children (8:30-17:00)
A children's nurse provides consultation regarding children. Feel free to use this service.
Information on Childrearing (8:30-17:00)
Information on babies and parenting are available in this lounge.
Also, it can be accessed by internet through "Tsukuba Kosodate" (in Japanese)
Temporary Babysitting (8:30-17:00)
Babysitting available for 300yen per hour. Please apply in advance.
Renting of Multipurpose and Creational Room (9:00-17:00)
Rooms can be reserved for childrens club activities. The Creational Room also has an IH kitchen.
Multipurpose Room: 250yen/hour
Creational Room: 400yen/hour
