The Omote Tsukuba Skyline on Mt. Tsukuba will be free of charge as of October 1, 2004. If you have unused tickets, you can get a refund for them from September 1 to December 28 (except Sundays and holidays) between 8:30am and 5pm. Note that Tsukuba Skyline will remain fee-based.
