If you leave or lose something on a bus or a train, contact the following places.
If you lost something on a NoriNori Bus or TsukuTsuku Bus, please contact the city hall.
If you lost something on a JR line, you can call the JR East English assistance. If you tell the person which train line you think you lost the item on, they can tell you where you should call to inquire about the item.
Please note that the train stations do not keep items for more than about one week. If you lost something longer than a week ago, it would be better to contact the nearest police station.
