Smoke-Free Tsukuba!

Thanks to Health Promotion Law, Article 25, and the opinions of Tsukuba's residents, all City Hall buildings became smoke free as of April 1, 2004. There will also be no smoking permitted on the grounds or in the buildings of nursery schools, elementary schools, or junior high schools. This also applies to people visiting these facilities. Thank you for your co-operation!
